About the company

It is pleasant to state: "Our company was founded in the last century!" Yes, the current century started quite recently, but the company "Otdelkin" has a nice history as well as own discoveries and numerous achievements.

The main capital of our company is we ourselves, that is, the employees, and, naturally, our clients. We do our best to provide the best level of service to them, including attending services: we provide parking space at the internal car park of the business centre, magnetic access cards to the Business Centre; we offer juices, books and toys for children.

As to our team, we are extremely proud of the fact that one of our charming designers is a former professional barmaid, and our most charming manager is a rock musician who can often be met in Petersburg clubs. It is the breadth of outlook and versatile views, not only professional knowledge, that make an employee capable to take non-standard solutions, to improve his work, to manage the creative process being, undoubtedly, the creation of project design or its realisation.

Taking care of the employees, the management acts in 4 directions:

First, perfection of professional level. We hold master classes both at the office of our company that has an area of 315 m2 and a negotiations room, and in the showrooms of our partners. Besides, the designers and managers attend various seminars on improvement of professional skills in Moscow. The leading employees invariably visit the key interiors exhibitions in Moscow and Europe.

Second, popularity and public recognition. Practically all works of our leading designers get into the pages of popular Russian magazines.

Third, the actions expressing the civic stand. We are pleased to see patriotism in our employees, respect of family values, care of ecology, and we try to help them to express these feelings, organising some activities on the Victory Day or the Day of environmental protection.

Fourth, recreation. Corporate football, celebrating birthdays and state holidays, pedestrian walks and water tours round the native city, traditional trip to the skerries of Lake Ladoga on the Builder’s Day … In order to work well, one should have a nice rest.
